Amy Dudas (she/her) joined DC Action in 2024 as the Senior Advisor, Career Readiness. In this role, Amy draws on her experience in coalition-building, policy research and strategic advocacy to channel youth and community power into policies that prioritize economic justice, change inequitable systems, and improve career readiness opportunities in the District. Amy’s career includes prior roles at YouthInvest Partners, leading a collective impact portfolio at Raise DC, and advancing youth advocacy campaigns for the State Diploma, creation of the ReEngagement Center and the Adult Learner Transportation Subsidy Program while at the DC Alliance of Youth Advocates. She is passionate about ensuring every young person in DC has access to high-quality developmental resources and transforming the systems keeping youth marginalized from economic opportunity.
