Andrew Sanchez serves as the inaugural Director of College and Career Readiness at DC International School, where he leads the school’s strategic vision for postsecondary advising. In this role, Andrew designs and implements sustainable systems to support students and families through the college and career process, including the expansion of alumni programming focused on postsecondary success, transitions, and re-engagement.

Earlier in his career, Andrew has held progressive leadership roles in the non-profit and philanthropic sector supporting college access, retention, and completion for DC students in addition to leading partnership development, external engagement efforts, and organizational alignment through strategic coaching and stakeholder collaboration.

He earned a Master of Education from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Temple University.
