Seneca Scarboro is an experienced education leader with a strong background in college and career readiness, CTE-aligned programming, and work-based learning within DC Public Schools. He holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from West Virginia University, along with certifications in Special Education and athletic administration. Seneca has led schoolwide efforts focused on student recruitment, pathway enrollment, staff development, and building partnerships with industry and higher education. He uses data to improve student outcomes and is deeply committed to equity and high-quality career-connected learning.
