Symphoni Henry, is a recognized leader in postsecondary planning and dual enrollment readiness in the Washington, DC region, with more than a decade of experience advancing educational opportunities for students and families. As Program Coordinator for the Early College Academy at Coolidge Senior High School, she leads dual enrollment programming, university partnerships, and college and career initiatives that expand access to postsecondary pathways and support student success.

Throughout her career, Symphoni has held leadership roles across K-12 education, higher education, and community-based organizations. Her experience includes serving as a College and Career Coordinator with DC Public Schools, Education Navigator for the Chicago Housing Authority's Project SOAR Initiative, and College and Career Advisor with the Illinois College Advising Corps, where she helped students navigate college admissions, financial aid, career exploration, and workforce opportunities. She has built strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, employers, and community organizations to increase educational equity and improve outcomes for historically underserved students.

Symphoni holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Illinois Chicago and a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Springfield. Her leadership and impact have been recognized through numerous honors, including the DCPS Inspirational Educator Award, College Board DC Regional Fellowship, and G.I.R.L., Inc. Community Champion of the Year Award. Through her professional work and community service, she remains committed to creating transformative opportunities that prepare students for success in college, careers, and beyond.
