Our Team

Courtney Milot serves as the Coordinator of College Persistence at DC Public Schools. Her work centers on equity, access, and the belief that every student deserves a seamless path to opportunity. She earned a B.A. in History and American Studies from Colby College, an M.S.Ed. in Special Education, Literacy, and Instructional Design from Johns Hopkins University, and an Advanced Certificate in Disability Studies from the City University of New York.
