Janol Vinson serves as the Director of Postsecondary Programs and Workforce Partnerships for Maya Angelou Schools, where he leads efforts to strengthen college and career pathways across the Maya school network. In this role, Janol builds cohesion among postsecondary staff, develops strategic partnerships, and drives initiatives that prepare students for long-term success in both higher education and the workforce. Passionate about equity and access, Janol works to expand opportunities and ensure that all students are equipped to thrive beyond graduation.
